Lisboa, Príncipe Real, a new adventure began!

As every Diana de Benedetti’s choice, also the opening of a new ice-cream parlour in Lisbon was dictated by her passion. Market analysis? Marketing studies? None of this, only gut and intuition.

Sixth sense in identifying a charming location in the coolest Lisbon neighbourhood, Príncipe Real, and the spontaneous decision of opening a new parlour for Nivà’s artisanal ice-cream.

The shop is small but cosy and nothing inside was left to chance: the original design of the space has been maintained. The attention is clearly caught by the restored fresco on the ceiling, authentic homage to the Italian Renaissance.

But ice-cream is the undisputed protagonist of this story!

The store is open every day of the week, from 12.00 to 23.00. Ice-cream starts to be prepared at 08.30, with care and dedication, and with the greatest attention for the use of the raw materials, which are, as always, seasonal and selected on the territory.
