Many stories begin almost by chance, others are born from the love of authenticity and tradition, like Nivà’s. A family history that started twenty-five years ago under a lucky star, the Michelin star.

In 1988 Diana De Benedetti and her husband, Silvio Rivolta, opened their restaurant “Bontan” on the hills of Turin, combining their passion for quality food and the respect for local produce.

The love for genuine tastes continues today in the hearts and minds of Diana and Dalia, born into the profession. Their artisanal ice creams is produced to let the customer enjoy the flavors of the past.
