In 1988 Diana De Benedetti and her husband, Silvio Rivolta, opened their restaurant “Bontan” on the hills of Turin, combining their passion for quality food and the respect for local produce.

The love for genuine tastes continues today in the hearts and minds of Diana and Dalia, born into the profession. Their artisanal ice creams is produced to let the customer enjoy the flavors of the past.
