Italian milk from pastures in the Italian Alps, Piedmontese hazelnuts, our local pine nuts, roasted ground coffee, hand-crushed dark chocolate. These are just some of the ingredients that make Nivà’s ice cream so special.

Seasonal fruit is very important for our flavors. Some particularly tasty varieties, such as the Burè Roca pears, the Ramassin plums and the white vineyard peaches, are farm-to-table, directly harvested by small local farmers. Also granitas are made of fresh fruit and freshly-harvested herbs, either turned into infusion, such as mint, or into syrup, such as elderberry flowers.
